Boundaries
Where we draw our own lines.
An initiative about what must never be handed over has to be able to say what it will never do. These are our lines:
We do not assess individuals. We keep no scores on people. We make no rankings. We provide no input for staffing decisions — by design, not by promise.
We do not claim effects we have not shown. What we can observe today and what we are developing methods to measure are kept clearly apart.
We are not against AI. Intelligent systems may strengthen or weaken human capability; we do not predetermine the outcome — we study it.
We believe people retain the right to shape their own lives — including the right to make a decision others would not make. Human agency also means being able to bear the agency of another person.
